Our pal, EV Grieve, reports this morning the imminent closing of Gimme Gimme Records, an East Village vinyl spot for the past 18 years now. As of Sunday, they will be no more. I'm going to miss walking by and seeing the piano in the window. The good news is that owner, Dan Cook, plans on reopening in Los Angeles in the not-to-distant future. And so it goes...
