From the looks of it, it must be from some sort of television appearance. It's pure, unadulterated seventies. The perfect example of when good disco goes bad:

Did I ever tell you that my niece is looking at colleges right now, as we speak, to major in marching band leader person (whatever the guy/gal with the baton is called)? Yep, it's actually a college major.
