About Berlin's address: I don't think there is a 601 Broadway (or was back then). Also, wasn't Berlin on the East side of the avenue, with presumably an even-numbered address? Is the address on the card a ruse to throw off any nosy authorities? Any help out there?
Having never actually been to Berlin, I'm afraid I can't shed any light on the address or it's history. However I don't doubt the validity of the card itself. I don't think a fake address would have thrown off the authorities, but who knows? Crazier things have happened.

I love the Dictators/Mink de Ville flyer...
