Ron Cooke, A Detroit bass-playing legend, celebrates his birthday on April 10, in Detroit, with the help of some fellow degenerates. Over the years Ron has played with the likes of of Detroit (w/Mitch Ryder, Jim McCarty, Johnny 'Bee' Badanjek, Steve Hunter, Steve Dansby, and Rusty Day), Cactus (w/Rusty Day), Gang War (w/Johnny Thunders & Wayne Kramer), Sonic Rendezvous Band (w/Fred 'Sonic' Smith), and many more.
