Despite some drizzle, Dean & Britta, and Jonathan & Grasshopper of Mercury Rev, played a great combined short set on the front porch of the Mystery Spot in Phoenicia NY yesterday. It was the best I've seen yet in this excellent series presented by Laura Levine. Next week is Uncle Monk (with Tommy Ramone & Claudia Tienan). The photo above courtesy of my pal Gary Walker.
