Tom Waits' 1988 concert/concept film, Big Time, LONG out of print and only available on bootleg, has surfaced as streamable on Netflix.

Also recently surfacing is footage recorded for a French television show and features Tom Waits performing Pasties And A G-String, Jitterbug Boy, I Never Talk To Strangers, Muriel, and Burma Shave, at the Théâtre de l'Empire in Paris. Watch it over at the Eyeball Kid.
