I'm missing baseball right about now, so here's a very cool short about the Astrodome dating back to the time (the mid 60's) of it's construction which I've been meaning to post for a while now. The eighth wonder of the world! We were promised jetpacks! Dig the Spacettes...They don't make 'em like they used to...
While putting this together for posting, I also came across a 2009 documentary about the Astrodome called The Dome Movie which may interest you.
