The coolest drummer since Charlie Watts? I remember seeing the Cramps when Lux, at the end of the encore was lay out on the floor still hitting the microphone in a deranged fashion, seemingly unaware tyhat the show had ended.....Nick came on with a big towel, wrapped him up and led him off.....that's what friends are for....
I saw them in Newcastle, it was Nick's birthday, the whole Mayfair audience sang happy birthday, he sat with typical poker face and counted the next song in straight afterwards. THE coolest drummer.
