I travelled down to Leeds from Glasgow to Daze of Future Past and my life changed forever! I have nothing but fond memories of meeting like minded beautiful people who loved life and music! Gibby
Was this the actual lineup of bands? I ask as I still have a flyer that I believe was handed out at the Futurama Festival earlier that month but it lists Echo & The Bunnymen, The Cramps, Bauhaus, Thompson Twins, Theatre of Hate, Wall of Voodoo, X, Altered Images, and The Weathermen on the Saturday and Japan, Killing Joke, Tom Verlaine, The Professionals, The Meteors, Funkapolitan, OK Jive, Miles Over Matter, and Alternative TV on the Sunday. Many of these same bands also performed at the Futurama Festival in Stafford that I went to while I was stationed with the USAF in the UK. Good times.
