A couple of blogs I read posted this short film, and I thought I would too. Be grateful...it could be you. It originally appeared in 1993, and was produced by Francis Ford Coppola. It's available on DVD. Photo above by me, Feb. 2008. Pay no attention to the part numbers - it's all here.
Don't get me started on all of these modern day confessional books by half assed rock stars trying to make a buck. I have no time for Sixx or Anthony Keidis or any of 'em. Or that dude from Korn (is that right?). He seems to be the worst. Such vanity!
Yeah, the one by the guy from Korn was pretty lame - it was suggested to me by my boss actually - I got it from the library - wouldn't pay for that one. I'm still wondering if he's really truthful about his "conversion" to Christianity or if it's just to scare up some press because it's such a departure from where he was at in Korn - I find the whole thing suspect - especially after he had video of his "baptism" aired on MTV and photos in Rolling Stone a few years back...
The cover of book that alone told me all I needed to know. Wow...a crucifixtion? I mean...what balls! I had no idea about the MTV or Rolling Stone stuff. That's icing on the cake.

Cool little movie. Coincidentally I've been reading all morning - "The Heroin Diaries" by Nikki Sixx - it seems much more sordid than this.
Hope you had a good holiday...
