Nothing at the Gershwin
"Nothing" is a conceptual musical by Walter Steding. There will be a performance next Tuesday, March 2, at the Gershwin Hotel at 7 East 27 Street. Per Walter's email, "the nature of 'being' or the human dilemma of an inability to express 'Not Being'. It's title is 'NOTHING' taken from Goethe, 'Well let us on! We'll plumb your deepest ground. For in your Nothing may the All be found.' Faust. From Parmenides through Boyle to the present the search for a vacuum continues. My approach is art."
The cover is $10.00, and some of Walter's artwork will be available to purchase as well. The Gershwin's website doesn't have any info listed about this event so you may want to call before heading over there: 212-545-8000.
