Soul Boy - the film

Several years ago, I had an idea for a Broadway musical called Northern Soul. It would be sort of northern-industrial-UK-soul-dance-scene meets Saturday Night Fever. Well, of course I never took any steps to make it happen, and of course, it couldn't really come out of anywhere but the UK, right? I'm telling you...we're getting closer to seeing it live on the Broadway stage. From Tommy and Billy Elliott through to the crappy Green Day musical...a northern soul based musical would be sensational. Imagine the dance numbers? And the music would be great. Go ahead Nederlander...make my day.
