Tom Waits performs "Raised Right Men" on Jimmy Fallon

For the second night in a row Tom Waits blessed us with a performance on late night TV. This time he plays "Raised Right Men" on Jimmy Fallon. The band, like on Letterman, is his son, Casey, on drums, Larry Taylor on bass, David Hidalgo on guitar, Augie Meyers on keys, and guitarist Big Bill Morganfield (the son of Muddy Waters). Heaven!

Swervedriver on Jimmy Fallon

Either Swervedriver was much more popular than I remember, or they have a hell of a publicist working their recent reissues. Anyway, besides playing the Bowery Ballroom last night, they recently appeared on the Jimmy Fallon show. Impressive! And yes, their albums still sound great. Its always nice to see some Creation Records alumni doing it...
