Thanks to Mick F. for pointing this one out. GaragePunk.com has a podcast of a fantastic radio show Lux Interior did back in the summer of 1984. I'm listening to it right now. I promise it will not disappoint.
Not long after this show was recorded, a friend of mine got me an autographed 8x10 publicity shot of the Cramps. One of them, I think it was Ivy, wrote "Cool it with the boom boom," and I've often wondered what the hell that meant. I now have my answer!
