Vic Godard by Julian Baker (2009) |
This week I'm very happy to bring you the Stupefied playlist from Mr. Vic Godard. Never one to follow trends, Vic was already on to the post punk style while taking part in the initial punk rock explosion in London during the mid 70's. In the 80's he moved on to lounge, and then northern soul. Vic knows good. Vic knows tunes. Vic knows good tunes. Starting Thursday, he'll be on tour across the UK on the Vic.ism tour (dates here) with The Sexual Objects and special guests.
